Design, develop, implement, and troubleshoot the transfer and retrieval of information between different software applications and platforms which use different source software and databases. Discuss client objectives with functional business users and IT personnel of client. Translate business requirements into a feasible design. Use tools, particularly WebMethods, to communicate natively to each application, to design data interfaces, and develop process models to ensure that the different platforms and applications will exchange information, forms, graphs, and documents seamlessly. Ensure that technical requirements, such as sufficient storage space, network connectivity, system backups and recovery and processing power are met. Troubleshoot application to verify proper functioning. Train users to utilize the newly created process models and integration capabilities.
